Besides, there are numerous advanced equipment in the precision machining workshop: have 21 sets cnc lathes, 7sets vertical cnc boring and milling center and two horizontal boring and millign center imported from Korea, two general milling machine, and two general lathes , one grinder, 10sets drilling and tap machines, two half automatic sawer, and one Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) , one Projector and one machining surface quality testing machine and one Mahr altitude instrument ,our machine can control 0.01mm tolerance and testing machine, accuracy is 0.005mm , also quality system is approved by ISO9000, material include lost wax castings of steel and alloy steel and ductile iron, and forgins, all parts will be test for material chemical composition , strength and Elongation, our parts 80% are exported to North American, products are for hydraulic cylinder, truck brake and engine ts, such as hydraulic cyldiner ends , rod, piston, connect rod, oil valve, brake valve of truck, now we are produce truck brake parts for Pacbrake, .
